Foster The People - Call It What You Want

Foster The People - Call It What You Want

This is feel good music at its best. My second official 2011 summer tunes (first one here). Just dance around people, it’s pure pleasure, it all comes naturally, it flows super good, it’s organic, it’s earth-friendly…(!!) lol.

Uffie - Pop the Glock

Uffie - Pop the Glock

Girl can rap… a little bit… lol, and it’s kind of stylish! She’s making her very own type of electropop and hip hop music. Very girly and very interesting and I actually like it. This girl got style! And I think another reason why I’m enjoying this is the slick production from top producers, look at the list of the team, there’s Mirwais, wow. No wonder, this is a hit.

Revisited: Saint Etienne - Heart Failed (in the Back of a Taxi)

Saint Etienne - Heart Failed (in the Back of a Taxi) (2000)

In the mood for some slight lo-fi sound, I was quite suprised when I found out this was released ten years ago ‘cos it sounded not outdated at all! This is moody yet sounding fresh and sweet. Feel the heart beat, it does fail near the end of the song, maybe this is about heart breaking, yet it actually has a suprising heart-warming effect.
