James Blake & Bon Iver - Fall Creek Boys Choir
James Blake & Bon Iver - Fall Creek Boys Choir
Instantly gained my attention and very moving. This time the repeating issue seems doesn’t really bother me, and the prettiness is still pretty there. I’m just greatly impressed and touched. What a clever use of vocal processing, it makes his vocal so affectionate, full of emotion and powerful, good job!!

Boy & Bear - Feeding Line
This is subline. I mean, the flow of this song is so good, so catchy yet so organic. Oh and I love those whistles, they are just the right touches, SUPERB. Definitely one of my big recent recommendations, I think you can listen to this over and over again AND again.

Lykke Li - I Follow Rivers
I’ve been enjoying “Get Some” quite a lot, and this follow up single get the same love from me if not more. I thought they were just some average indie songs, but I ended up loving them more than expected. I guess it’s because they are well crafted, nicely done and are real growers.

Lia Ices - Grown Unknown
A little bit cool, a little bit cold, but it’s also lively and lovely, and it turns out to be very beautiful at the end, I think it’s very suitable for autumn season. I don’t really like it at first, but after a few more listens, I’ve grown to love it, and not just like. : ) Ah yes, she does resemble Tori Amos a little bit.
